By accessing or using the Pink Room Newcastle website, mobile application, or membership services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Pink Room Newcastle
Pink Room Newcastle is a venue membership platform that provides members with:
- Venue information
- Member check-in features
- Exclusive offers and discounts
- Event information
- Optional member profiles

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Pink Room Newcastle membership services.
By creating an account you confirm that:

3. Membership Accounts

4. Membership Benefits & Discounts

Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

- Use another person's membership account

We may suspend or terminate membership accounts that violate these rules.
6. Membership Verification & Discount Misuse
Membership benefits, discounts, and check-in features are intended only for the registered member.
Members must not:
- Share screenshots of membership discounts or QR codes
- Allow others to use their membership account
- Attempt to duplicate, copy, or reproduce digital membership features
- Publicly distribute membership offers intended for members only
Pink Room Newcastle may require identity verification or in-app verification before honouring any membership benefit.
If we reasonably believe that membership benefits are being misused, shared, or reproduced without permission, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the benefit or discount
- Suspend or terminate the membership account
- Restrict access to the app or services
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
7. Venue Entry & Door Staff Discretion
Membership does not guarantee entry to Pink Room Newcastle or any other venue operated by Copenhagen 1801 Ltd.
Entry is always subject to:
- Venue capacity
- Venue policies
- Licensing requirements
- Door staff or venue management discretion
Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the venue in accordance with venue policies and licensing laws.
Membership status does not override venue entry policies.
8. User Content
If you choose to add optional profile information or social media handles:
- You confirm that you have the right to share that information
- You grant us permission to display it within the membership platform
- You remain responsible for any information you provide.
